These are our booking terms and conditions applicable to surf holidays booked with Cli Surf Camps and should therefore be read carefully and slowly. Should any part of these conditions become invalid this will not affect the validity of the rest of these terms and conditions.
Your holiday contract is with Cli Surf Camps S.A.R.L - A.U. The person signing the booking form must read carefully and accept all our Booking Terms & Conditions. In case of a group booking the group represent must have the full authority to sign on behalf of every member in the group. The represent of group will be responsible for the full cost of the holiday. No booking contract exists or confirmed between Cli Surf Camps and the guest until the booking form has been received. We have the right to refuse or accept bookings in our total discretion without stating the reason for doing so. Please do inform us in advance if there are any mistakes or discrepancies in the costs of the holiday experience of your booking with us..
All the prices stated in our website are in euro. Upon making your booking with us the price of your holiday will not normally be subject to change however we reserve the right to increase or decrease holiday costs due to variations in service charges insurance/security levels or exchange rates. Once a confirmed booking has been made discounts cannot be asked retrospectively.
If you are obliged to cancel your booking you should write to Cli Surf immediately. The following sliding scale determines if your holiday is refundable:
Cli Surf reserves the right in any circumstance to cancel your surf holiday. However, in no case will we cancel your holiday less than 7 weeks before the scheduled departure except for reasons of ‘force majeure’ which include war, political unrest, strikes, acts of God, epidemics, natural and technical disaster, closure of ports and aircraft or unless the guests default in the payment of the balance of the holiday price. In circumstances where we are unable to provide the holiday you have booked we will return you all the holiday cost paid, or offer you an alternative surf holiday of similar standard.
Sometimes it may be necessary to combine, on certain airport transfers, customers arriving or departing on more than one flight, which may require additional waiting time at your airport or accommodation. Sometimes our airport transfers are contracted to a local agency or taxi. Please note departure times are 2hrs prior to your flight departure from your accommodation..
Your surf equipment is your responsibility. Cli Surf accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage of your equipment or possessions during your stay. Any loss or damage to Cli Surf hire equipment (Surf boards, wetsuits etc.) must be reported immediately and paid for in full prior to departure.
Our team surf guides are local good surfers and not qualified surf instructors. They will take you to the best surf spots and suggest where you can surf best waves give you all the spots info and surf with you but are not in any way responsible for guests’ safety or for injury or death during the daily surfing sessions.
While staying with us, guests are expected to behave in an orderly, good and acceptable manner and are expected to accept responsibility for the conduct of themselves and their party. Should their behavior threaten the condition of the accommodation or vehicles or seriously impair the enjoyment of other guests, We reserves the right to refuse to further accommodate the guilty party and contractual obligations will be terminated. The guilty party will be liable for the cost of any damage caused.
Everyone booking a surf holiday with us must have full travel insurance. Cli Surf Camps accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to persons or property during their holiday stay. Everyone must obtain his or her travel insurance.
